Pak American Constructions have introduced low cost earthquake proof houses that have following features:
- Low Costing Construction
- Light Weight Blocks (Weight less than 2 kg)
- Sound Proof Blocks
- Earthquake Proof (Test reports are available)
- Quick turn-around in the manufacturing (24 hours – or less, if accelerators or steam curing methods are employed).
- Fire rated to a minimum of 2 hours for a 75mm (3”) thick panel (Test reports are available).

Please provide some details for your porject, such as how much one house cost, what type of materail your will be using and how you are implemeting this in affectied area. We might be able to provide some assitance from New Zeland

I belong to Nala Chamber Bheri ward Basri in northwest of Muzaffarabad, in a place nearest to epicentre and most affected from disaster. My respected mother lost her life in the disaster and all household and livestock also destroyed.
My two houses destroyed completely. The relief camp is not administered good enogh. I was not compensated yet so as I may buy G.I sheets for shelter.
Please provide some details for your porject, such as how much one house cost, what type of materail you will be using and how you are implemeting this in affectied areas. We might be able to take it easily. As there no roads link is currently available in my area. My five family members saved from disaster and I have to save them from snowy season which has came down.

I am a resident of Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir, more than 100 of my family members have passed away in this catastrophee, but thanks Allah all of immediate family members have survived, I have lost all of my three houses and now two months have passed and we want to reconstruct our houses. But we dont want to construct our houses like we constructed previously. The government has still not provided any idea of building our houses. But building our houses should be in limits in terms of costs, because after such loss we have already bear we couldnt afford expensive construction but at the same time safe as well because this is an earthquake prone area in future as well.

Our technology developed in collaboration with Hydraform South Africa has suyccessfuly been used in earth quake reconstruction programs in Gujarat and now in post Tsunami in south India and Sri Lanka apart fro post cyclone rebuilding work in Orissa.
