Karavan Pakistan: Volunteers Required

I am a representative of Project Life Line in Washington D.C. I would like to get help in implementing our project in the efforts to rebuild the effected areas due to the earthquake.
Our project entails a mobile water filteration and medical unit that can also provide a housing facility for the homeless. Since these units are insolated with solar energy, they provide protection from severe winter and summer weather conditions. Hi,

I am offering my self to work volunteerily from Mid December 2005 till Mid January 2006.

I had been in Pakistan two time for the relief work once during October for Balakot, Ghanool, Paras, Muhandree, Punja and Kaghan while second time in November for Alaee tried to cover Banna, Karak, Aashar, Gangwal, Jabba, Tibet and Morro .

Our nature of work was a bit different from some other NGO’s. We used to survey during the day times and then distribute the relief goods based on the survey, the reason; to provide help to real affectees .

Night operation was something new, our volunteers used to perform Gasht during the nights to see who are sleeping without any shelter/tent etc and who are coming from the remote areas helpless to provide all types of available help .

I believe its time to start the third phase of the operation which is try to make some kind of shelters for the needy peoples.

I met people living in caves, under the trees etc and most of them when I spoke wants to come down but they don’t have any place to live, I was not sure what to do for them as the snow has been started in the areas where I visited and worked and we only provide them Tents and basic food stuff.

While searching for the help this site float infront of me and we read very fruitful offering by Miss Komal Kazmi to provide housing facility to the homeless.

I am offering our family land to build such type of houses for the needy people for free ( It can accommodate at atleast 30 goods two room houses) which is located in NWFP after Mansehra where these people can easily live and adjust.

Any help required in this regard like survey, case study , presentation and labor work etc will be done by my volunteer friends and me.

We can make a small village for them along with free school (Scholl will be sponsored by me)

For the houses as Miss Komal said needs a bit of case study and survey which I am ready.
Is there any way I can get Miss Komal email adress or the site address she is refering to.

on 18 mar 2006 missis yasmeel lari and i mir wali shah (UET abbottabad campus) at 8:10 at morning went to batrase cadet collage and aick-up miss sorna and miss rabia and also miss gwee and went to sachan kala at 11:00 and after some time we started some desction about completed houses and thoses are under constrction and ofter meeting i mir wali sha and miss rabia we went to jabbar with qamar zaman in car. and after that we take some poto of completed houses and ofter that we come to a grave yard which are 145 year old and take some information from some local people and also some poto. and after that we come back to sachan kala and meet to madam lari and after that we com back to batrase 1st and after that we come to abbottabad( allah ka fazal say). this the 18 march 2006 on sturday.
