Design for a Winterized Home.

These are modular in constructions, made up of blocks of interlocking
modules, as shown in the attached figures. These blocks can be
fabricated by plastic molding machines; each block is a 2×1x0.2 feet
plastic molded container, the air in the container acts as an insulator
making them ideal for constructing winterized home. They snap on next to each other and can be placed in the form of a wall, making them ideal for a quick building project.

    My comments are:
1.So many joints may result into leakage problem.
2.The installation of these blocks shall be difficult without some sort of support staging system.
3.This is however, a good concept and needs to be develped with some practical work. I offer my voluntory assistance in what ever way I can.

good design however no data provided for
    1) upto which wind velocity it is stable ?
    2) what type of foundation is suitable in order to avoid uplifting and in order to provide good anchorage
    3) r u proposing hdpe or recycled plastic
    4) i am not sure the joint shown will be able to transfer load from roof to walls with stability. definately some system needs to be devised for this.

    good concept.
